"Great" Good service fast service and great Service advisor. Sherry handles my service with care and makes me feel welcome everytime I come in. I will always be her customer.
"Great" Phillip was very patient with us answered all our questions and showed us multiple vehicles. Most importantly to us he met us as soon as we drove in we didn’t wander around waiting for some one to help us. we were very pleased with everyone at the dealership and with our new vehicle.

"Good Job" They were on time and the entire repair took about 25-30 minutes. It was a warranty repair, so there was no cost to me.
"Sutherlin NIssan always Delivers" We always work with Brooks when we come in and he is always the same--pleasant, hard working and always looking to make our customer experience there the best ever. He goes above and beyond to always keep us happy and pleased with the work done for us. They always wash our dirty truck (thankfully) and he always works with us on a time to bring our car in for service. He's just a joy to work with and I can't say enough good things about him!
"Customer service " Justin Rivera in service was my service advisor he was excellent, very nice and friendly, he made sure that we were comfortable while we waited for our vehicle, he’s highly recommended, ( he also asked if we wanted to have our vehicle washed)

"Customer service great pricing more than what I want to pay" I've been going to this dealership since I own my car and I find the staff very friendly and try to accommodate my very busy schedule, plus they got me in and out at my visit. But anytime I get something done outside of my free oil change and rotation, it's very expensive. I know that once I no longer have free oil changes I will need to take my vehicle to another shop because of the pricing. "Sherrie is wonderful" She is always patient, kind and willing to answer my questions. Brandon I have known for years since I Purchased my last vehicles here. I know he will go the extra mile if ever needed. I have also often had issues with my blue tooth in my car. I can swing in there at any time and the guys will rush to assist.
