"Happy I choose Sutherlin mall of georgia" Phillip Parker was an excellent salesman from the very start he was a good listener and matched me with a car. Mr. Kim was a experienced finance manager. They both made you comfortable with a big purchase.
"Awesome " Sherry Hosch made the whole experience a seamless one. Excellent service and recommendation on oil and filter were timely. Got the same day appointment and wait while vehicle was serviced was normal

"Good Job" They were on time and the entire repair took about 25-30 minutes. It was a warranty repair, so there was no cost to me.
"Sutherlin NIssan always Delivers" We always work with Brooks when we come in and he is always the same--pleasant, hard working and always looking to make our customer experience there the best ever. He goes above and beyond to always keep us happy and pleased with the work done for us. They always wash our dirty truck (thankfully) and he always works with us on a time to bring our car in for service. He's just a joy to work with and I can't say enough good things about him!
"Customer service " Justin Rivera in service was my service advisor he was excellent, very nice and friendly, he made sure that we were comfortable while we waited for our vehicle, he’s highly recommended, ( he also asked if we wanted to have our vehicle washed)
