"Used Nissan Leaf purchase:The sale representative Ms. Nesrin" Sales representative Ms. Nesrin was very professional, and excellent. I had very nice buying experience at Sutherlin because of her. Although Manager (do not remember the name) was very rude. I would have walked out after listening that he would be more happy not selling car to me because he can sell it for more to other person. I purchased the car only because of Ms . Nesrin professional dealing.
"GREAT Service & Parts Depts" Oil Change/Tire Rotation: I worked with Grace in the Service Dept. to get a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. She took great care of me and it didn't take long at all. Trunk Mat: I worked with Kyle in the Parts Dept. to purchase a rubber mat that would fit when the 3rd row seating was down and still be flexible when I had to raise it for passengers. It came in the next day and fits like a glove.
"Very well indeed" Mr Gil was very warm explaining important things about my model.l learned a little more about the car itself and had to get my brakes done very satisfied
"Used car purchase" We found a used car we were interested in on line. Said we were interested in viewing the car with an email. We received a phone response immediately, set an appointment the following day. We were called by the sales mgr billy mreir toconfirm our appointment time. Billy introduced us to our sales man Ramzi Hishmeh, who showed us the car we were interested in, went for a test drive discussed the details arrived at a price we could agree upon. "Reliable and Trustworthy Service Center" Stephen Rezmer is my service advisor. I have utilized his expertise for the last 4 years and am very thankful that unlike so many other Service Centers at competing dealerships, Sutherlin is able to keep their staff happy enough to stay. He is the only reason I keep my repeat service at Sutherlin. I trust his judgment. "4th Purchase at Sutherlin" This is the 4th new vehicle we have bought from Sutherlin Nissan (Muarno, 350Z, Maxima, Murano). They are pleasant to work with and do not pressure you to buy. Easy to negotiate with and I made a counter offer and they accepted. We were there for less than 2 hours to close the deal. The sales rep was nice, no pressure and listened to what we had to say and had our previous purchase history. They were on top of the process.
"Service " Grace was the best. She handled my vehicle like it was hers. She made things go smoothly and took great care of me and my car. She was expectiknsl. Sutherlin Nissan is lucky to have her. Great customer service.
