"4th Purchase at Sutherlin" This is the 4th new vehicle we have bought from Sutherlin Nissan (Muarno, 350Z, Maxima, Murano). They are pleasant to work with and do not pressure you to buy. Easy to negotiate with and I made a counter offer and they accepted. We were there for less than 2 hours to close the deal. The sales rep was nice, no pressure and listened to what we had to say and had our previous purchase history. They were on top of the process.
"Service " Grace was the best. She handled my vehicle like it was hers. She made things go smoothly and took great care of me and my car. She was expectiknsl. Sutherlin Nissan is lucky to have her. Great customer service.
"No bull, willing to talk." The sales people were cordial and accommodating in helping us view and drive the cars we were interested in. Explained all aspects of the cars and let us know if they had a Certified Warranty.

I felt as if she was upfront with me and I had a wonderful experience with Sutherlin. I originally was only looking to purchase. But after dealing with my representative, I was ready to purchase. She is an excellent representative of the company.
