*Update* - After posting my initial review, the family owner reached out to me and put me in contact with Jerry the GM who I later spoke to on the phone. Jerry explained that for Valentine's Day they couldn't promise early delivery and apologized for the missing vase - he even ended up refunding my boyfriend half of what he paid. Thank you Diana for such wonderful personalized customer service! The pink Roses I had ordered for my wife were not available but Diana personally called, not once but twice to discuss my options and then sent a video of the flower arrangement I had chosen before it was delivered! The flowers were beautiful and my wife was more than pleased! Again, thank you for such wonderful service! I thought that kind of personal care had long disappeared. It is great to know you can still get that at Sylvia's - Amling's Flowers!

Called at 9:00am, needed to get some flowers to an aunt out of state who just was admitted to rehab. The flowers were there before noon and she loved them. Flowers made her attitude so much better. I can't thank them enough.

Great Customer Service. Great Selection. Very Fresh. Very Fair Price. Highly Recommended! It was 3:40pm New Year's Eve Day and we need an arrangement to bring to our host for NYE Party. Our regular florist was closed. Didn't want a blah grocery store arrangement. I Yelped florists near me. 2 others didn't answer. Sylvia's did. They were only open for 20 minutes, but Jerry said he'd wait a few minutes if necessary. We ended up with a perfect arrangement and there were at least 3 others that would have been merely excellent.... read more

My husband and I could not have been happier with the customer service we received with Sylvias flowers! Our wedding day photos looked so gorgeous; Kristina was extremely helpful with any added pieces we wanted and everything was delivered exactly as we expected.

Diana was absolutely fantastic to work with as I was planning our wedding. She created the most beautiful arrangements that made our day spectacular. Diana is easy to work with. She has wonderful taste and creative ideas to make the arrangements "pop." She listened closely to my thoughts and was able to incorporate my ideas beautifully. I highly recommend this florist! Kristina did an amazing job with my bouquet and all the details. She even decorated my puppy's collar as a special request! They were delivered on time and were fresh and beautiful and ready to go for the big day. I couldn't be happier!

Although I had a delivery issue with Sylvia's, the staff responded almost immediately and provided fresh flowers and was very accommodating.
