I sent flowers for my niece for Valentine's Day. I ordered them on Feb 11th, and 24 hrs later, they were delivered to the Chicago suburbs (free local Valentine's delivery before the 12th!) I live out of state and I had my niece text me a picture. They looked fabulous! I esp. appreciate the young lady who took my order over the phone yesterday, though I didn't catch her name, but she was very efficient, during the busiest time of the year for a florist I would imagine. So, thanks, Amling's flowers!!

My sister-in-law's birthday happened to fall on American Thanksgiving in 2016. I ordered flowers for her online the day before from Sylvia's - Amling's, and the nice lady at the Arlington Heights location called me to tell me they wouldn't be able to deliver my flowers the next day, as it was Thanksgiving (as a Canadian, I had totally forgotten). Great quality product . I told my husband to stop getting flowers delivered to me , because they don't last. Well, the sweet guy that he is didn't listen! But it's ok because he uses Sylvia's and their flowers are so gorgeous!!! Their arrangements are stunning , and best of all the flowers last a long time . Sylvia's customer service is also stellar.

Kristina was wonderful. We had an idea of what we wanted for our wedding reception, but heavily relied on Kristina's guidance for the details of the final product. She was very flexible in working to accommodate our budget.

I worked with Kristina to help with my wedding flowers, and she was fabulous. Very professional, very helpful, and gave great direction when I wasn't sure what to do. We just booked Sylvia's for our November wedding and have been nothing but impressed and happy with the service we received thus far from Kristina! I chose Sylvia's after meeting with two other florists. My initial consultation was with Rich, and he surprised me by focusing the consultation on my wedding, the atmosphere and design elements of it, and not merely the colors or counts of particular arrangements required. I left the consultation certain I would book with Sylvia's, and was delighted when their quote was below both of the other florists I'd met with.
