We just booked Sylvia's for our November wedding and have been nothing but impressed and happy with the service we received thus far from Kristina! She's professional and prompt -- as a bride-to-be, there's nothing better to calm down the planning stress. From our one meeting, it's clear she knows her flowers and loves what she does. I look forward to finalizing our wedding day flowers with Kristina and can't wait to share how the flowers turned out.

I chose Sylvia's after meeting with two other florists. My initial consultation was with Rich, and he surprised me by focusing the consultation on my wedding, the atmosphere and design elements of it, and not merely the colors or counts of particular arrangements required. I left the consultation certain I would book with Sylvia's, and was delighted when their quote was below both of the other florists I'd met with. This is a serious flower shop. There are multiple employees working on a Saturday, and people carrying our loads of flowers. In spite of that, they took the time to help me get a quick order together. Thank you!

I almost rated this flower shop a 4 for two reasons: the guy we worked with, Rich, is extremely confident in his ability to create your perfect wedding that he sometimes didn't hear my input. Now with that said, everything turned out BEAUTIFULLY and some of the suggestions I was trying to make that were ignored, were ignored for a good reason because his suggestions were way better than mine. As a local girl, I've always grown up with Sylvia's Flowers as the florist to go to for any special occasion. When I was shopping around for florists for my September 2013 wedding, they were the first place I went to. Rich has "the vision"! He was extremely easy to work with during the first meeting and developed a look for the big day that was within our budget and comfort zone. I'm working with Sylvia's for my wedding in June, and I have to admit, now that I've put down the deposit I'm pretty nervous with my choice. They started off great. Rich had tons of ideas when I met with him, and they were super attentive. Now that I gave them my deposit, however, they are incredibly slow to answer my calls. I want to make some changes and have been trying to get a hold of them for over a week with no luck. I hope it all works out in June. I'll wait to reserve my final judgement.

I highly recommend Sylvia's Flowers for a wedding. We met with Rich and he did a wonderful job of staying in budget (even a little under - bonus!) and giving us exactly what we wanted. Nothing looked "cheap" and I was a little worried about since he managed to keep the price so low. Everyone at Sylvia's was flexible and open to our ideas and budget. I ordered frm Sylvia's expecting themto deliver flowers to my wife at work for valentines day, but when my wife was suddenly selected for jury duty I had asked them if it were possible to change the delivery location. Anita is who I spoke with on the phone and she was extremely helpful and accomodating. They were able to change the delivery location(a much further one might I add) last minute without extra charge. Sylvia's is the best florist EVER!!!.......I can not express enough how wonderful their service was. Not only did everyone there make sure that I was taken care of, they went above and beyond!
