Kristina was wonderful to work with on my small wedding order. She was so helpful, creative, and responsive. My flowers turned out beautiful and I received so many compliments from everyone. She always offered that little "extra" effort making the whole experience easy during stressful times. I have used Sylvia's many times over the years for other occasions and have always been delighted with the service.

I ordered a corsage for my step sons prom and I confirmed silver ribbon and no baby's breath. However when I picked it up it had white ribbon and baby's breath. There was no sorry, or fixing it. Flowers were pretty but disappointed considering the cost.

Let me begin by stating that my initial interaction with Sylvia's Amlings (in Arlington Heights, IL) was immediately after a horrible experience with another local florist who was completely unprofessional, disrespectful and just overall downright awful. I called Sylvia's from the parking lot of the funeral home in which I was attending a family members funeral service. This review is a bit overdue, but Sylvia's did an excellent job with our flowers at our wedding held at Chevy Chase Country Club last fall. From our first conversation/meeting, Kristina was knowledgeable, creative, patient, thorough and resourceful. I came in with some preliminary ideas of bright, festive fall floral arrangements with succulents and she took it away and created some masterpieces! Delivery service was also efficient and on-time. I pulled the stereotypical male move by stopping by here during evening rush-hour to pick up flowers for Valentine's Day. The store was nicely decorated and they had a good variety of flowers to choose from at reasonable prices. The staff were very helpful in getting my order taken care of promptly and my wife LOVES the flowers. We'll be coming back here for our flower needs.

I sent flowers for my niece for Valentine's Day. I ordered them on Feb 11th, and 24 hrs later, they were delivered to the Chicago suburbs (free local Valentine's delivery before the 12th!) I live out of state and I had my niece text me a picture. They looked fabulous! I esp. appreciate the young lady who took my order over the phone yesterday, though I didn't catch her name, but she was very efficient, during the busiest time of the year for a florist I would imagine. So, thanks, Amling's flowers!!

My sister-in-law's birthday happened to fall on American Thanksgiving in 2016. I ordered flowers for her online the day before from Sylvia's - Amling's, and the nice lady at the Arlington Heights location called me to tell me they wouldn't be able to deliver my flowers the next day, as it was Thanksgiving (as a Canadian, I had totally forgotten).
