I am a current client of this provider They should be more proactive. They have to be told what to do. They don't come in with a plan, and they spend a lot of time sitting around and on their phone. They don't do a lot of stuff when they are here. They should show up on time and not change the times and days. They are not dependable.

I am a current client of this provider I don't worry about him nearly as much on a daily basis. It enabled him to stay within his own home. There was a very bad hurricane where my dad lives and his caregiver made sure that he was safe and had all of the supplies that he needed. She was really great. It was so above and beyond and we love her so much. My dad loves his caregiver. The nurse that's on staff was instrumental in me getting his long term care policy resolved with the insurance agency.

I am a past client of this provider It was good and it kept him at the house as long as he could stay there. They did great. They showed up on time and have reasonable prices.

I am a current client of this provider The girls say they aren't here to clean or cook. They say I need a companion, but I don't need that. I asked one to pick up a prescription for me, but she absolutely refused to do it. They keep sending me new girls, and it takes me longer to explain how I want things done differently than what they have done. It's monotonous. There are certain ones that are very helpful.

I am a current client of this provider Having someone here that can take over some of the chores that I don't have time to do makes my life easier. The caregiver is pretty good, but she spends a lot of time on the phone and I don't care much for that.

I am a current client of this provider They have made her life easier by sending someone for 20 hours a week. They could try to help her get more hours with the services they offer.

I am a current client of this provider Everything that I need, they do it without any problems. They come and they are here the whole time they are supposed to be.

I am a current client of this provider They are able to take me to the grocery store and they help me with things that I need help with, like paying bills and in the kitchen. I have a lot of caregivers that work for me and they are the right people, so they do as they should, but others do nothing.
