I am a current client of this provider They help by taking care of her. When they do come, they have a habit of sending someone that does not know how to use the Hoyer lift. We had to have someone else come who did know. They should improve their dependability. A lot of times, caregivers haven't shown up.

I am a current client of this provider They pay more than other companies. They have good employees that care. The lady that I have now is smart, and she knows what she is doing. I wouldn't trade her for anything.

I am a current client of this provider They should be more proactive. They have to be told what to do. They don't come in with a plan, and they spend a lot of time sitting around and on their phone. They don't do a lot of stuff when they are here. They should show up on time and not change the times and days. They are not dependable.
