I am a current client of this provider I don't worry about him nearly as much on a daily basis. It enabled him to stay within his own home. There was a very bad hurricane where my dad lives and his caregiver made sure that he was safe and had all of the supplies that he needed. She was really great. It was so above and beyond and we love her so much. My dad loves his caregiver. The nurse that's on staff was instrumental in me getting his long term care policy resolved with the insurance agency.

I am a current client of this provider They should be more proactive. They have to be told what to do. They don't come in with a plan, and they spend a lot of time sitting around and on their phone. They don't do a lot of stuff when they are here. They should show up on time and not change the times and days. They are not dependable.
