I am a past client of this provider They were helpful for me. They took him grocery shopping. I thought they were very thorough in their record keeping at his home. They were very good with protocols during Covid.

I am a current client of this provider I like that they let her son do the caregiving. I like that they are friendly and they get back to me right away.

I am a current client of this provider They could get me a regular aide that is going to show up every day so that I don't go a week without them. I don't know if it's SYNERGY itself, but nobody can get people to work for them. That's a problem all around.

I am a current client of this provider He cannot do much of anything so anything they do is helpful. They clean the shower and mop the floors. I like that they do what you ask them to do.

I am a current client of this provider They have helped me around the house and get the things done that need to. They had a few issues finding someone, but since then, they have been good.

I am a current client of this provider They help with things like making the beds and monitored Peggy's walking to make sure that she is safe. She takes her outside in nice weather. I like that they sent us a good caregiver.

I am a current client of this provider They have made my experience positive because I need somebody 24 hours a day and they're providing that. Since I need 24 hour service, I am never left alone like some other companies will do. I like that they provide good service. They're still providing it for me on a daily basis. Even when they're low staff, they seem to keep up what they promised.
