I didn't have to wait an extended amount of time to get in for an appointment as a new patient. The amount of paperwork required as a new patient was minimal. The paperless process was very user friendly and intuitive. The reception on the day of my appointment was very warming and welcoming. Alicia Welcome was simultaneously personable and professional. Truly caring healthcare. Jeremiah is terrific. I haven't had a provider be this thorough in 15 years. Just switched to Dr. Gurley's practice last month. So glad I did.
I was recommended to make this my new PCP, & thus far, great. Only did my consultation, but I truly felt home. Being from Philly, PA, I've yet to feel that going into doctors offices here now in GA. I've met my dr., the head dr just in case he's not in. The staff is excellent. It doesn't have that hospital feel at all.... Thank you gang. It's a little distance from where I'd to travel, but I love the Piedmont area anyway, so, I can do multiple things when I go for my visit.
I've been seeing Dr. Elliot for a year now and couldn't be happier with my health. Nurse Ben is also very helpful and kind each visit. I will continue going for the foreseeable and suggesting to all my friends.
