RecommendedWent in the store and worked with Craig to find a power rocker/recliner. We found one in a coordinated color for the living room. So we bought 2. They had to be ordered and it took a little over 3 weeks to get them in, but with the new "normal" and shipping uncertain, we found it acceptable. It took another 10 days to get them delivered, but that was due to our schedule more than anything else. Delivered today and are wonderful. Thanks Craig!

RecommendedI went in yesterday with my mother looking for power recliner chair and was promptly greeted by Craig, who steered us right over to where they were. Craig stated the features of the two and clearly let us know he wasn’t going to hang around but was available for questions (which was awesome-I definitely don’t want to feel rushed or pressured). RecommendedI had been shopping for new recliner chairs for months. Taft was great. They offered help if you wanted it, but did not follow me all over the store. No pressure. The price was great compared to Livingston's, The Furniture Store, and Bennington's furniture. They delivered in less than a week. My only complaint is that they do not remove the old furniture when they bring the new, however, they did give me the name and phone# of a private party to call. All in all, it was a very good experience. 😁🥰
