This is the worst couch purchase I have ever made. It’s been ONE FULL MONTH since they have taken my money and I still have no couch. YOU GUYS HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY A MONTH AGO. How am I still waiting for my couch? I have paid you in full the day of purchase. A month ago. I still have no couch. What is going on, how have you not gotten a delivery of this couch in a month?! Worst company ever. You guys keep promising me it’ll be in next week and I get no results. Thanks Taft. Please shop anywhere else.

Inquiring if any other customers have had an issue with their durablend couches. we purchased a sectional , loveseat and chair in November 2013 with the extended warranty. We were told it would be a durable material .. well late last year we started to notice peeling and now the whole head rest area on the chair and loveseat are peeling Warranty we purchased wont cover as they see it as normal wear. really just a little over four years and your couch and chair you rarely use should be peeling. I was just moving into a new apartment. I went to Taft to look for a bed and also purchased table and chairs. First the gentleman st the showroom was exceptional. He didn’t use high pressure but he was there to answer my questions. The delivery people were great, answered any questions and were so kind and had everything done and put together in just a few minutes . Best experience i’ve Sever had buying furniture!
