Fred and team were wonderful. We recently purchased more furniture from Taft and have so several times now. Again, exceptional service and products. I have recently had terrible experiences with different companies (not furniture related) and it is nice to know that there are still places out there that keep customer satisfaction and experience at the forefront. We always recommend Taft and will continue to shop there to finish the next few rooms.
Awesome shopping experience. They don’t push you to buy but they really care about selling their products. Delivery man were great and on time. Highly recommended. Great furniture, great prices.
I want to thank Dan for his wonderful service and accommodation in selling me a mattress, cover, and pillows. I had a terrible experience at a local store with a futon and he was kind enough to expedite my delivery of a wonderfully comfortable queen-size Serta and box spring. I noticed that the box spring was made locally on Green Island and I'm sure the mattress was as well. Because of his attention to detail and references, I am now sleeping a lot more comfortably.
Stopped in to Saratoga Taft furniture before a Dr. Apt. Looking for a posturepedic adjustable bed..just browsing and 💥There it was...bed, headboard, dresser and mirror...Perfect. I was fortunate that my salesman was knowledgeable about this product as I was looking at different headboards and dressers. His name is "Roc"...well "Roc Rocks!" Aright'! We really enjoyed shopping at Taft. They let us look around without bothering us. They said if we had questions jus ask any of the employees. Their prices are very reasonable. We found everything we were looking for and purchased it there. Thank you so much. We were in the middle of moving so this was especially great. I would recommend you to anyone.
Purchase made at Saratoga store. Researched products I intended to purchase online before going to the showroom. No pressure from sales while in store. Very knowledgeable about products when asked. Delivery occurred at time specified. Pleasant experience overall. Will return for future purchases.
