I’ve been waiting since the end of May for my bedroom set it finally gets delivered to store for it to be sitting in the store and no one called me to let me know my items are now in stock. I just happened to call to check the status and now they telling they can’t deliver it til next week. Taft has been using COVID as an excuse since day 1 when all other stores are back up and running with no problems I will never do business with Taft again. Plus the so call supervisor Lisa has a very nasty attitude

Buyer beware !! We went down to Taft in Albany a month ago. Picked out an expensive sofa. We were told it would be delivered late July. So when I haven’t heard from them I had to call and was told maybe September. Now they tell me I have to wait to be reimbursed when they lied to me and didn’t reach out. They sure took my money that day tough. Plenty of other furniture store around. Go somewhere where they treat their customers better

Hello Jim, Our apologies, we know it is frustrating waiting on back ordered furniture as it is for us too. Unfortunately, we have no control over delivery dates with the manufacturer. They tell us when they will be here. I cannot find a sale in your name in the system so I cannot for sure tell you when your refund will be completed. This store sold me a broken, stained and damaged couch. When I asked about exchanging I was told there were none in stock and it wouldn’t be until at least a month for a new one to come in. I was offered nothing in compensation for my inconvenience and told they are family owned and therefore their customer service goes no further than the “manager” at their store. Very disappointing they would rather lose customers over their lack of quality control and customer service instead of doing the right thing and making the situat... read more

I had delivery scheduled for today, 3/25/2020 Jeremiah Clark was driver HE REFUSED TO WEAR MASK AS IS REQUIRED HERE and left.....now I am hung with no table and chairs and charge on my card....what the heck

I am having the hardest time with my order. Taft called Friday to let me know they would call Saturday about scheduling a delivery window for Tuesday. The time was set up for 9:30-12:30 AM. I called back and said that time frame wouldn’t work, the evening would be better. The man I spoke to said they would change it to a later time on Wednesday. Absolutely worst customer service experience ever. Not 1 but 2 times they showed up with Damaged furniture. You would think after the 1st time they might actually check before they came out. Apparently that was too difficult a task. Driver actually look at it and said ok we're all set before I told him to take it out of my house

Deceptive sales practices, salesperson neglected to mention $99 related to 30 day mattress trial, said he did not mention is so as not to pressure us, he also stated Serta factory warranty would be voided if we did not purchase a mattress pad from TAFT; Serta only requires no stains on mattress, any pad can do that at 1/3 cost of TAFT pad.

I have to say if you are thinking of buying new furniture I would steer clear of Taft Furniture stores. I purchased a living room set (love seat recliner; 2 big side chairs) barely 5 years ago and they are JUNK. One of the big side chairs arm broke after 1 year, and about a month ago the front of the love seat recliner busted. Don't waste your money. They sell nothing but garbage. Just wanted to pass it on.

Terrible service. Was supposed to get a couch two months ago and it’s being pushed out again. The staff doesn’t bother to call and let you know- you have to call them and ask where it is. I’ll never shop here again. Completely disorganized
