Verified Renter The water smelled like sewage and boiled eggs upon move in, saw remnants of dead roaches also, which concerns me about a potential pest issue, gate for the garage doesn’t work. Everything else was fine, but for the price you pay and the advertising as a luxury apartment, I believe there should be higher standards.

Verified Renter It was good. Not much noise. The neighbors are kind and it is near alot of stores. There is alot of parking lots. So far my experience living here was good

Verified Renter Friendly but not so welcome. Car got towed the first day without letting us know there were reserved spot's. The good thing is no one bothers us.

Verified Renter It a nice place to stay the area is pretty quite and it’s around a lot of stores like heb target family dollar and so on. This is a nice area it close to the mall.

Verified Renter The amenities both in unit & in community are great! I’m a bit disappointed in the maintenance. The apartment wasn’t in the greatest condition, and on my first maintenance request, it was immediately assigned & closed out without any work done on the issue. My neighbors are loud, because the walls are very thin.
