great place to live! i moved in a couple months ago and so far so good. Staff responds to any issues really fast and do their best to fix the issue. its a pretty quiet community and the pool is nice -ashlee monsevais

Great Place Island Villas are a great place to live. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They are responsive to complaints and try to alleviate any issues you may have.

New resident alert I am fairly new to the community and I have never had an apartment hunt application process go so seamless. I was promised miracles and thats exactly what I got. Now that Ive been living here for almost a week all of my expectations have been more then meet. This is the perfect place for me. Home! This place is pretty amazing! It feels safe to walk around at night or just hangout outside on the patio. The pools and the gym are really nice! The staff are pretty helpful and respectful. I really like that they have washers & dryers in every unit and outlets for days. This is a great place to call home! -SL
