Verified Renter Ive enjoyed my 2 years living at the Ardent. Mostly quiet, clean, and a great maintenance crew. I have had zero issues in the last 2 years and it is a great testament to the staff and residents.
Verified Renter A few small issues upon arriving, but maintenance has been prompt and helpful! Loving it here! There are many amenities that enhance my living experience and give me opportunities that I'd have to otherwise leave for at another apartment.

They all are very knowledgeable about the property and the many amenities, the newly upgraded & updated counter tops, cabinets, floors are very modern and pretty. I like the interior paint colors and I also like the stainless appliances. The in unit washer and dryer is a huge bonus that I’m very thankful to have!

Best Community Ever These apartments are very beautiful. All the appliances are in fabulous condition and I love the wood floors. If you're looking for a nice Community with a caring staff this is your place. My leasing agent was Leah. She was fantastic.
