Verified Renter The apartments are updated beautifully and the amenities such as the gym, pools, tennis courts, etc. are kept very clean and are plentiful. My only negative about this property is the abundance of squirrels who dig through your garbage which is required to be left out for pickup. Additionally, if you're on a ground floor unit the noise is incredibly loud from upstairs - I don't think the sound barriers are very strong.

Verified Renter I have had a very positive experience between the relationship with my landlords here at Navigator Villas. They are respectful and responsive. The community is tidy and clean and they do a good job keeping it that way. They are vigilant about current crimes that come and go about the city and the area. I feel safe knowing that Navigator Villas are here with me. This is a good place to call home. Cozy homes, and beautiful on the outside too.

Verified Renter Love my new apartment complex. Beautiful property with lots of amenities. Only downside is I’ve had 2 packages disappear after being delivered.
Verified Renter I have been living here for over 5 years. The rent used to be very affordable and the parking options were reasonable. Since new management my rent has been increased quite a bit ( almost 300 at my last renewal) and they are now charging for parking anywhere in the complex. There are no visitor parking spaces either if guests come to visit. The amenities are great with multiple pools and gyms in the complex as well as a small playground and tennis court. Verified Renter Quiet and very nice apartments. TheArdent has the best management in the world. I really like the apartments in the first and third zones where it is always quiet and calm. The second zone of the apartments is noisier and is located above Bothell Everett Hwy, which is not always comfortable, especially at night when the police and ambulance drive very loudly past.
