Verified Renter The entire complex is big and the staff is very nice. We haven’t had a chance to sleep there but from the visits we had dropping stuff off we haven’t had any issues.

New Resident I am new to Island Villas, and went ahead and signed my lease before moving to the Corpus Christi area simply because of the warm welcome, hard work, and effort that was given by the leasing agents and staff, Heather in particular . Heather made this process an easy transition and was able to provide me with all the information needed in determining, selecting and setting up my new home. Upon arrival The Island Villa Community was everything I was looking for and more. 10 10 Recommend

Verified Renter Very quiet and safe community. The only downfalls include not a lot of guest parking available, and that not everyone picks up after their pet.

Verified Renter Clean and my neighbours arent loud. If anything needs fixing usually maintence isnt super hard to get ahold of. Dont mind it at all. would recommend.

Great Great place to call home. As a nurse my work schedule is crazy. My apartment is quiet, close to everything I need, roomy, and HOME! I have been here 4+ months and I am glad I made the choice to call this HOME. Irene is great and always so helpful and nice. RC- 1221

Awesome Complex I have lived here for 2 years now and my experience has been awesome. The manager here listens to our concerns and attends to them immediately. Not to mention the rest of the staff is friendly as well.
Pricey The staff are friendly and very helpful!! Everytime I need something done or if something comes up, they are able to help. Only downside is that they now began a policy that requires you to buy a card to have access to the complex and went away with the gate code. Alongside that, from when we began in July of 2022, there has been a big increase in ent itself and hidden fees. Once again, staff is very friendly and are willing to help explain things! -Brittany Marx
