Verified Renter For apartment life, this place is fairly nice. There’s an amazing range of things surrounding the area including stores, banks, library, and even a park with trails. Great location
Life is Grand at Island Villas I think our apartment is beautiful. I love the layout and I most especially love the staff. I've lived in other apartments where maintenance was almost non-existant. But, the staff and maintenenace team here work hard to respond swiftly and fix your problem. I've also been made to feel very welcome here. There are a few things I wish were different. But, that is true where ever you live. All in all, it's a great place!

The front desk and maintenance so so lovely and always quick to respond, and the neighbors are super friendly and kind. The area is also beautiful, and they're always working on making things more accessible (like the sidewalks and wheelchair elevators) and the parking lot.
