Love it We have completed our year here love it so far. The office keeps the community pretty informed with everything going on. It is a quiet complex and they have been fixing it up and making it more homey lately.

Friendly and quiet We’ve been here about 6 months and we’ve had a good experience so far. The staff has been nice and very helpful whenever we need something. Everyone is friendly but mainly keeps to themselves, so it’s pretty quiet which is nice. We also have 2 dogs so it was really important for us to find a complex that accepts their breed.

Great Experience They helped me a lot to move in the same day I visit the complex, the apartment is really nice and the administration makes the day to day really easy and comfortable.

Appreciate Staff Encore Crossing has all new staff. Everyone that I have encountered has been very helpful and kind. The office seems more inviting and a great vibe. I went in this evening right before closing time with a couple of requests. Morgan was more than happy to help. Just getting off of work from a 10 hour shift all you wanna do is go home and relax. I must say I was in and out in about 15 mins with my requests put into system and in my way. Thank you so much Morgan!

Resident Review I have lived at The Retreat now for 4 months. I have loved living here. The amenities are great, and it is a very quiet and family friendly complex. I have only have to call maintenance once, and they were very quick and thorough even on a weekend. It is hard to hear neighbors, both to the side of me and above me.

Peaceful Living I love my two bedroom and two bath apartment. Maintenance is quick and very responsive. The office staff is always very helpful and friendly.

New Home We moved here in Texas last November and we have no regrets to have chosen Island Villa as our new home. We love it here. The staff and maintenance people are doing great in their respective jobs.

Nice property and staff!!:) I am just moving into these beautiful apartments! The staff here is so helpful and they do not lack communication. Have any questions they will gladly provide you the answer. This is the first apartments I’ve ever moved to and I recommend it for people who aren’t trying to spend too much on a apartment as well as still having amazing amenities, neighbors and staff!

decent apartments ive only lived here for about 6 months & so far havent had any terrible problems. hardly any work orders placed, just random little things here & there, which they are really quick to address. other than that, theyre quiet & nice apartments
