Great so far Moved in a few weeks ago. A couple small hiccups during that process, but overall its been great. Any issues with the process or the apartment have been corrected in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and property is well maintained.

Great location and management! I have lived at the Ardent (previously the Mill) for about 7 years. There has been its round of management changes, but the current management is amazing. The office staff (especially Lorenzo and Michaella) are very friendly and prompt at responding and addressing maintenance requests. This complex is also right next to the Mill Creek town center, and makes it easy to walk right over for a bite to eat. Verified Renter Overall this is an excellent place to live; while there are nice looking properties for apartment complexes the quality of management affects the long term experience and having a good management team is what you remember when you look back on your rental, and management has been nothing but stellar here.
New Management/ Maintenance/ Leasing Agent New Management has been amazing especially the new leasing agent Jessica.. Robert Joe And Chris always provide excellent service especially towards my service dog.. always gives them treats and emergencies are handled very fast.. All In all best apt complex I’ve lived in in Corpus Christi by far !!! Congrats to Marissa And Monique for moving up they very much deserved it !!! You won’t regret it !!!
