Verified Renter I am really glad I found Addison Keller Springs. The management team does a great job serving their residents, and they are very responsive to maintenance requests. The apartment location is perfect. It is close enough to Dallas that you are just a short drive away from everything, but it is still far enough away to receive better value for the price of the rent. I have enjoyed being able to go for a run down to Addison Circle Park whenever I feel like it. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

In the many years that I have been living here it has been good but whenever there is a change of Management or change of Mangers then there are problems for some time till they know the residents and settle down.
