New Resident The staff is really nice and patient. I have only spoken with 2 staff members and they both have been very helpful, and professional. 5 stars to Haley she rocks!

Verified Renter I have been with Navigator Villas for almost 2 years now and I love it. The community is great and diverse. Everyone is very kind and minds their own business. The apartments are beautiful and clean. We are in a nice modern area of Pasco, close to a lot of major stores. The office team is very responsive and they take the time to remember your face my your name. Every time I walk in the office it’s a personable experience and I like it.

Tamika's Bomb!!! Apartment shopping the past few months has been wildly stressful. Meeting Tamika was divine intervention. Her patience, care, and humor transformed a hellish experience into a pleasant one. I look forward to referring friends and family to Stella at The Medical Center in the future!
