Verified Renter Lifestyles has excellent management staff. They are attentive and present. They are welcoming and they communicate so residents are in the know with happenings. The complex is clean and always being maintained.
Love it here I renewed my lease at Amalfi back in June and for good reason. First, The apartments are safe, gated and quiet. You need a key fob to enter every area so that gives a sense of security. Being a single woman this is very important to me. They also have the option of garages attached to your apartment which is a benefit if there is bad weather or it is late at night. Verified Renter Maria at the office was very helpful when we were early in our apartment search. The tour process involved digital identity verification and then a self-guided walkthrough. It was a nice renovated unit, but we asked Maria about another unit we found on their website and she was more than willing to work with us. The issue was I wouldn't be able to tour the actual unit before signing a lease, but Maria was very reassuring that it was ready to move in and everything was in working order.
