Verified Renter My experience over the 13 years being a resident has changed through multiple ownership. Less about the in apartment living experience and more about the rent and the occupancy. Maintenance has been available in a timely manner when requested. Unfortunately, preventative maintenance is not a priority.

Verified Renter I really love this apartment complex. I feel safe here, it is nice and clean, the gates are always closed unless opened by residents or with resident permission. I love the amenities too. The pool and outdoor lounge area is beautiful, and the dog park and wash station building are great for my dogs! Overall, this is a great complex and I am happy with my choice to move here.

A friendly community and new staff ready to help everyone. I moved back to Seguin after retiring from teaching for 25 years. I started my job here and loved the area. I moved away 15 years ago for a new opportunity in education and always intended to come back. When I retired I chose Walnut Grove for its centralized location and accessibility to emergency services. It was a nice place but was missing something. Great so far Moved in a few weeks ago. A couple small hiccups during that process, but overall its been great. Any issues with the process or the apartment have been corrected in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and property is well maintained.
