Great location and management! I have lived at the Ardent (previously the Mill) for about 7 years. There has been its round of management changes, but the current management is amazing. The office staff (especially Lorenzo and Michaella) are very friendly and prompt at responding and addressing maintenance requests. This complex is also right next to the Mill Creek town center, and makes it easy to walk right over for a bite to eat. Verified Renter Overall this is an excellent place to live; while there are nice looking properties for apartment complexes the quality of management affects the long term experience and having a good management team is what you remember when you look back on your rental, and management has been nothing but stellar here.
New Management/ Maintenance/ Leasing Agent New Management has been amazing especially the new leasing agent Jessica.. Robert Joe And Chris always provide excellent service especially towards my service dog.. always gives them treats and emergencies are handled very fast.. All In all best apt complex I’ve lived in in Corpus Christi by far !!! Congrats to Marissa And Monique for moving up they very much deserved it !!! You won’t regret it !!!

Nice Place, But Management Will Try to Get You Overall good quality apartments. Walls are thick, never once heard my next door neighbors and only heard the upstairs one when they were practicing drums (they moved out quickly). Responded quickly to my service requests. Another reviewer mentioned electric problems which I agree with, nothing shocked me but 2 of my outlets did not work.
