Best Apartment Complex I had an amazing experience living here for 2 years. The staff is literally great which is hard to find. The apartments are awesome and the apartment community is great. Super dog friendly which was a major plus for me. One of the best living experiences in El Paso.

Great place to live! When my wife and I moved to El Paso two years ago, we looked at several apartment complexes before choosing BHE. We have been very pleased with our stay. The grounds are cared for, the front service staff is friendly, and management is attentive to our needs. When we have an issue with the apartment, it is managed promptly and we have never had a maintenance person act rudely or put out by our requests. Good Experience Living here for almost 2 years has been a good experience! The complex overall is quiet, staff is nice and helpful. The maintenance people do a good job overall with repairs and responding to emergency situations. Haven’t necessarily agreed with rent increases but it’s been pretty moderate. I don’t see how the increases can be justified.
Management Love the new management. They do a lot for the tenants. Manager & maintenance walk & clean up property every day. Manager stays busy , she still does what she says. They both work so hard. A lot of demands from everyone here, but they just keep smiling . Manager always has people in office. I don't know how she gets anything done or can even talk to all that call or stop by. This apartment complex... (Verified Renter) This apartment complex cares about its units and those that live within them. They take care of business and all repairs as soon as they can.
Just OK depending on your needs Due to a recent family situation I had to move out of my previous house quickly and with not enough time to do my research properly. I chose this apartment as it was one of the few reasonably priced in my area that accepted animals. The first thing I noticed after spending just one night here is it is NOISY! When you go to visit you'll notice it is RIGHT by I5, which has of course traffic at all hours of the night and with it being a pet friendly complex dogs will bark on occasion. Love this place I’ve lived here since January of 2013 and I absolutely love it here. I’ve transferred twice due to changes with my roommate/family situation, and the staff made it easy both times. The space is great for the price, and they’ve done really pretty renovations in most of the apartments, but the real reason I stay here is because of the staff. So far so good I moved in May 12th, and so far every time I put in a request for maintenance they respond very quickly. Neighbors are friendly as well. They occasionally hold events for the apartment complex which I think is a good way of getting to know the tenants. I have not attended any yet but I do plan on going one of these days. I barely moved in and I am already reconsidering renewing my lease next year. 10/10 would recommend you to lease here!
