Verified Renter I like this community, the area, the team. My dog especially loves living here. There are amazing park, beautiful apartments area with paw spa and bark park. The Ardent team always helps fast. What about the minuses: the swimming pools are often closed, and the residents are too lazy to scoop after their dogs.

Verified Renter The office staff and maintenance crew are great. Valet trash is not consistent. Grounds and pools are maintained well. Yet there are residents who do not leash or pick up after their dogs. Community is quiet and friendly

Verified Renter Initially coming into these apartments me and my partner thought it would just be a year and we would have to find another apartment to meet our standards like always but encore crossing has been a complete game changer the apartments are amazing,so amazing I’m actually going to renew my lease and stay a whole nother year
