Verified Renter A happy place to stay peacefully.My experience at Discovery Park Apartments has been really good overall. The community is peaceful, and the location is super convenient — close to campus, grocery stores, and restaurants. The maintenance team responds quickly, and the management is friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious, and the amenities like the gym and study lounges make it a great place for students and young professionals. I’ve enjoyed living here and would recommend it to others.

Verified Renter It's been okay. Pretty noisy and lots of maintenance requests but it works well if you need a cheap place. The office can be helpful but you'll have to check multiple times to get things resolved.
Verified Renter I love it here. I wish there were more weights in weight room. I also wish pool was a little larger. However , this is a great community. The people are nice and the staff is awesome.

I have done everything I can to keep my volume low. I literally have the TV on the second-to-lowest setting. Yet it seems that if they hear anything or if I casually walk, they decide to bang on the ceiling.
