Verified Renter Everything has been great so far! The maintenance team handles requests promptly, the trash service is nice although it is not always as scheduled. Sometimes they’ll come an hour early or late. The office staff is friendly, and the facilities are clean. The only thing that could be improved is the parking situation and the price of rent.

Verified Renter It’s been okay! A few of the amenities aren’t up to as best standards as I believe they should be for “Luxury Apartments” but they’re manageable. I’ve had issues with my dryer since I moved in, the parking is horrible, and maintenance orders take weeks to be addressed. Other than these few things it’s been nice, and pretty quiet other than my downstairs neighbors and their surround sound system they blast at all hours of the night.

Verified Renter So far we’re very happy with our move in experience. The community is quiet, and our space is huge. Everything was so easy to connect. The large utility room with the washer and dryer is a huge convenience. The valet trash pickup is so helpful as well. Parking is not an issue. All the appliances are basically new. We love that the entire apartment is hard flooring. We just hope the pool opens!
