Verified Renter So proud of my amazing apartment: it is spacious, beautifully appointed with Iop-of-the-line appliances; love the wide windows affording lots natural light, easy clean floors, carpet in bedrooms only--perfect, and bathrooms are so very well situated. I could not ask for more! Thank you so much for having me. Staff at office and maintenance have been consistently kind and helpful. In short, I am a happy camper!!!!

Verified Renter Since TAM Residential bought Towne West 3 years ago, so much was so bad with management that I never thought I’d write a positive review. In recent months, the situation has changed for the better. Management now works with residents who work with them. Maintenance is prompt and professional. And the quality of the community appears to be improving. Thanks, TAM.

Verified Renter It's quite a place, makes you feel like you're out of the town, but at the same time near to everywhere. I like how everybody greets others every time they meet, but still in a way that keeps privacy. We get all the help we need if it's maintenance, or just a complaint, with fast response.

Verified Renter Everything has still been great here. Sheila and Megan are always helpful and informative. Had an Air Conditioning issue late in the day and Sheila still got it fixed within the hour. Love the community and the pool is amazing.

Verified Renter This place so far has been great! Very responsive on maintenance requests. It’s clean and tidy. My only minor issue is the club house isn’t open 24hr. It’s only open during the times when most people are at work, 10am-6pm i think. It would be more useful if we had access to it past those times. The gym needs a revamp but definitely usable.
