Verified Renter Could be better elevator has not worked in over a month Other than that, the property is well-maintained and clean I wish they would do away with the Towing is very inconvenient for a visit

Verified Renter I have been having such a good time here staying at latitude. I have been here for a year now and love it, it’s in a great location, walking distance from a park. The gym is nice, the pool is really nice! Maintenance is very on top of things and quick to help!

Ann really works hard to keep our community engaged with each other by throwing our resident events in the Spring and Summer. Andrew and Ryan are the two hardest working people here because they strive to make sure our community and homes are in top top shape.

Verified Renter My experience has been fairly good so far I don’t have any complaints .. my approval process was exactly 3days unit is nice and up to date.. I’ve seen a few roaches that I do not like but I’ve ordered treatment for that so hopefully it works
