Verified Renter I have been living at oak park since for years! I moved here because it was close to my kids school and the amenities are great! I get to work out and not have to drive anywhere! The leasing agents are very friendly and helpful to your needs! The grounds are kept clean! The maintenance has always answered my calls if I need them no matter what time of night! Verified Renter Peaceful neighborhood, fast response from the maintenance team. Looking forward to making this our new home. Andrea and the leasing office was amazing and so was Will and ensuring the move-in was smooth.
Verified Renter Community and experience has been fine enough! My only downside is that there’s some cars that are clearly abandoned that haven’t been towed even though they’ve given tow notices.. the trucks just never come. Also, unfortunately, they haven’t updated the door lock at the north gym so nobody can use it and the other one gets so crowded you really also can’t use that one. It’s frustrating to offer amenities as a perk, but then not be able to use them.

Verified Renter The community grounds are nice and have been kept clean. There have been issues with people breaking into the mailboxes so our mail was rerouted to USPS for a month but its been fixed. The gate keeps breaking but that's been ongoing for almost 2 yrs now. Noise issues and pest issue seem to be improving
Verified Renter The Ardent is an awesome place to live with the dog. There is a wonderful park so close, large well-kept area, very friendly and helpful staff, many cute areas for active leisure. My fluffy dog is happy here.

Verified Renter For the most part my family and I enjoy living here. We enjoy the pool when we can and the gym is pretty cool as well. The staff in the office is pretty limited so it’s hard to get ahold of someone at times , just thought I’d mention that. However, I would recommend this place to others .
