Verified Renter I love living at encore apartments! Everyone is so friendly here you have everything you need from the gym- to the pool. It’s in a good area with walking distance from cvs, family dollar, Asian store, along with some restaurants!

Verified Renter At this point I’ve dropped my rating down, first I still love the location, the apartment, the staff is friendly and answer all questions maintenance is good and they keep the community clean, it’s also safe. My issue is with the residents and their lack of respect and consideration, the noise level inside the apartment is horrible day and night. Verified Renter So far I’m excited about my new apartment community. Everyone has been very pleasant and helpful when needed! Also while I’ve noticed lots of pets in the community there is not a lot of noise from barking and no funny smells. The pool looks really nice and I’m excited to take advantage of all the amenities offered.
