Verified Renter The rent is on the pricey side, but the apartment itself is beautiful. We have police that stay at this complex so I feel a lot safer than before. I also think that the gym could get better equipment for the price we pay. Additionally, the fire pits at the pool are very disgusting and don’t get cleaned properly. I believe that should be kept up with daily so residents can use them.

Verified Renter i love everything about my apartment from the balcony to the washer and dryer i also love that we have a pool and a fitness center this apartment complex is really calm an quiet for the most part and we are around almost every store we could possibly need also leasing agents made everything so easy for us and made our move in go better than expected

Verified Renter The first month after moving to Latitude, I had an issue with the Sink. I raised a maintenance request, and it was immediately resolved, which impressed me. Apart from this, I haven't had a single issue with my apartment. The other thing that is of tantamount importance is the noise control, and the residents are peaceful and quiet. Kudos to Olivia at the front desk. She is really sweet and if you have any query or concerns that you wanna raise, I betcha she will take care of it.
