The maintenance team is also fantastic—always quick to respond and very helpful whenever I've needed assistance. They keep the property updated and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. Verified Renter Some good and bad... the utilities not being charged on a monthly basis has been quite confusing as the charges are separated on an irregular timeline. The leasing office is not very helpful if you do not go in person, as it is virtually impossible doing anything over the phone or by email even with persistence. Laundry machines and dryers are quite dated and/or are inefficient. Verified Renter I didn’t like the cleanliness of the apartment. The roads on the property are also pretty bad. They need to renovate the roads. Also the availability of internet connections leaves a lot to be desired.
