Verified Renter The first month after moving to Latitude, I had an issue with the Sink. I raised a maintenance request, and it was immediately resolved, which impressed me. Apart from this, I haven't had a single issue with my apartment. The other thing that is of tantamount importance is the noise control, and the residents are peaceful and quiet. Kudos to Olivia at the front desk. She is really sweet and if you have any query or concerns that you wanna raise, I betcha she will take care of it.

Verified Renter It’s been okay for the most part some complaints but nothing major , can do better with Maintenance and the management could interact more and listen better to the tenants .

Verified Renter I love our apartment and the area so much. Had a little bit of a hard time with the move in process with not great communication and with our renewal process but everything else has been amazing.

Verified Renter Overall a good apartment complex but the price is too high for what you get. I’ve lived here 2.5 years now so it’s nice enough to stay, but if the rent price goes up again I will reconsider. The location is great and the floor layout is ideal for me. The office staff are generally helpful and friendly and the few maintenance items I’ve requested are addressed well.
