Verified Renter Office isn't the most responsive at times, but overall great! Lots of ammenities & the office IS super nice & cares for the residents. Office hours aren't always accurate, and you aren't always going to find them in the office when stated.

Verified Renter I’ve currently been a resident a little over a week now, and I LOVE IT HERE !! My neighbors are super friendly, the community is kept to the utmost care and cleanliness, as it is Thanksgiving season the office staff is currently giving away turkeys ?? to families which just goes to show how much they care and value residents! I’m so thankful and grateful to be a new resident and to be able to call The Hendry my home just in time for the holidays, my family and I genuinely love it here ??

Verified Renter The rent is on the pricey side, but the apartment itself is beautiful. We have police that stay at this complex so I feel a lot safer than before. I also think that the gym could get better equipment for the price we pay. Additionally, the fire pits at the pool are very disgusting and don’t get cleaned properly. I believe that should be kept up with daily so residents can use them.
