This app definitely lives up to its 2.2 rating in the play store. The customer service number wont gibe you an option to even check your balance so i thought id give the app a try. Wouldnt even let me finish the registration process but just kept giving me the same error message.

Looks nice. Won't let me login. Fails everytime on the 6 digit verification code.
I originally installed the ap...no problems. I went back in and requested a transfer from My Cash to my checking account. I realized that the money never hit my account so I tried to log in but all I get is an alert saying that something has gone wrong and I need to call customer service. I did and their only suggestion was to restart my phone, uninstall the ap and reinstall. Same issue. Now what?
This app is not user friendly and hard to navigate. I cant even upload receipts
Problems
Glitchy and unreliable. I contacted customer service and reported that the application was continally showing an orange banner at the top of the screen when I logged on. The problem was that the banner diaplayed a number that was for a reseller of ATT Uverse services. The customer service representative told me this was a known problem and I explained it made the application seen to be developed by a scammer. The newer problem is that it attempts to force an update whenever I log in.
