Team Gavin was amazing to work with. They went above and beyond when getting us approved for our first home. Heck they could even be reached on the weekends or evening's for those last minute questions or concerns. If you don't use them you are not making a smart decision.

Great team and very easy to work with. Answered all my questions. Sometimes i called after hours and i usually got a reply right away. I really liked the videos Gavin sent during certain processes explaining what was coming next and what to expect next. They were very upbeat and uplifting helping with my anxiety that i had during this process.

We were first time home buyers and had no idea what to expect. While buying our home, we also work long hours, I am in school and we were planning our wedding. The Cross Country Mortgage team were truly excellent! There was a little mishap in communication towards the end of the process scheduling the final walk through and closing, but we managed to work it out despite our schedule and still close before leaving for our honeymoon trip.
