The folks on Team Gavin were incredibly helpful and insightful walking me through the process from start to finish. This was my first home purchase and they answered all my questions swiftly and honestly and provided continuously good advice throughout the entire process. My experience with Team Gavin has and will always be great. They treat you like family and are very interested in getting you the loan that you need. They answer every question and never put you off. They are great to work with and I would recommend them highly!

I worked with team Gavin on my new home purchase and couldn't have had a better experience. Each person I dealt with was willing to answer any questions I had and they were always in contact with me if something was changing or something else was needed. We were blown away by the responsiveness, efficiency and helpfulness of Team Gavin. We talked to maybe three lenders total and Team Gavin was the obvious choice--we wanted the simplest process and the best service and they went above and beyond. Team Gavin seriously is as good as it gets. My homebuying experience was starting to become a nightmare until our builder dropped the ball with their in-house lender and we used citywide and team Gavin. Somethings in life are just meant to be. We feel so blessed that they messed up and we got to experience buying our first home through citywide. I love my life, my wife, my kids and our new home.
