I worked with the Gavin Team 1st to get pre-approved for my load, then thru changes required by the specific house I bought. Each member responded immediately with answers and called to keep in touch as the home was build. The closing went very smoothly. I knew what documents were needed and was able to submit them electronically. This was very convenient. At the final closing all documents were organized and process when smoothly.

Team Gavin were awesome to work with. In our market here in Denver time is critical. Our pre-approval was done quickly and on point so that when we made an offer on the house we were good to go. During the loan approval process we were kept informed on every step of the process so that our closing stayed on track. They quickly communicated what was required and we closed on time.
