Team Gavin members were extremely helpful and effective in walking me through the loan process. Whenever I had a question or concern, they immediately answered me. I have purchased five homes during my lifetime, and my experience with citywide home loans was by far the smoothest and easiest experience. They walked me through everything. Yes, there is a lot of paperwork but, that's par for the course. There was only 1 problem. Due to identity theft, my taxes weren't being released unless I asked for them.
