Gavin's team of professionals was very receptive to our needs, and always willing to answer our questions, whether simple or complicated. They followed up in a timely manner; and if they didn't immediately have information, they are honest and said they would need to find the correct answer.

I obtained my mortgage through Gavin Ekstrom and worked with his team for my first home purchase in Denver earlier this year. It was a new build, and had a lot of unexpected issues come up, and was a much, much longer process than anyone expected. Gavin and his team were knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me informed and made sure everything ran smoothly all the way to closing. I would highly recommend his five star team.

My home buying experience with Citywide, Team Gavin, was great. My loan officer was very helpful with information and answering all my questions and concerns. Not only was the information provided, he was very timely in getting back to me. We found a home within days of getting my approval letter. The contract with the seller required us to close within in 5 weeks. My transaction coordinator stepped in and was just as thorough and prompt. Gavin and his team did a great job, especially a towards the end of the closing! They were very detailed and responsive to my questions when I had them. And provided written documentation so I could refer back to it! It was also nice receiving special gifts was a nice treat!

My wife was lucky enough to have worked with Gavin and his team in the past as she is curretly employed by a Colorado homebuilder. When it came down to finding a lender it was a no-brainer for us. Though I never made personal contact with Gavin, his team was amazing. From the VERY beginning. Originally, my wife and I were going to go with a different lender but we were not getting the information we felt we needed. I called City Wide and made contact with Scott Gereaux, from the start, Scott was very helpful, explained everything in plain detail and did not "beat around the bush" for anything. Team Gavin was incredibly helpful in the home buying process. They were able to answer any questions we had and if they couldn't they researched it for us. Shawna Sovine was exceptionally helpful. We had to do extra paperwork for our CHFA grant and she made sure everything was perfect. Everyone answered emails quickly. The whole process was better because we worked with them.
