Scott Harshman and Julie Moffatt were the two that worked on our file. They were so great! Everything went so smoothly. The team was on top of everything and we were even able to close a few days early. Would absolutely recommend them!! They will not disappoint.

The Team was great- they sent out a moving prep gift box with items to assist in the move. As well as a Housewarming gift which was very nice! There does seem to be some duplicated work by the assistants and loan specialist which was frustrating at times but customer service was good and they responded relatively quick.

Citywide and TJ Tassone were referred to me to refinance my home. I initially sent TJ an email explaining what I'd like to do and he called me right away. He let me know what my options for refinance were and what the requirements were. He was very prompt in returning emails. TJ was very thorough in his explanations on what was happening at each step in the refinance process. The whole team was amazing, patient, and helpful through the entire process. They were quick to help with any questions I had, no matter what time of the day it was. Buying a house can become overwhelming and they where patient to walk me through the process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone purchasing a home.

My wife and I just purchased our first home with City Wide. The team here was amazing to work with. All of them were extremely knowledgeable and were there when we had questions.
