Terrible service, terrible people, terrible business My grandfather paid them $5,000 to fix my mothers bridge back in 2012. They gave her a temporary and our insurance also paid them $2,000. After the appointment for the temporary, no one contacted us to set up another appointment to finish it and now my mom's bridge has broke in thirds and one was lost. Unprofessional, money hungry factor mill My daughter had the worst experience ever here. She had a cavity that needed to be filled, it turned into doing a baby root canal that my daughter felt. The dentist yelling at my daughter while trying to fix the problem only to cause another potential problem since she got mad and said well she will have an abscess and just put a crown over it. Worst experience ever for my daughter. Don't take your children to this place.
What an exhausting day to say the least. I've never been more embarrassed or angry in my years of being a mother. Tebo Dentistry has let us down and my child will NEVER go there again. To have dfacs called on me for rescheduling an appointment is absolutely absurd. We were doing the right thing by not letting our child be put to sleep, but I guess the doctor/dentist thought otherwise. Completely unprofessional and rude!!!!!! I brought my 5 and 7 year old boys to this dentist for the cleaning, x-rays and workup back in May. I was given a treatment plan and was offered sedation treatment, meaning they wanted to put my son under general anesthesia to fill a cavity. After doing much research my husband and I decided not on the sedation. I went to schedule a appointment just to fill the cavities regular and they refused until they "rechecked" the kids again.
