Every Time I bring my daughter to this location, I have issues. 1st: There is only one Dental Assistant(can't remember her name right now) that is gentle with my daughter during x-rays, all the others either dont explain what they are doing or try and force the mouth piece into her mouth. Because of this my daughter is afraid of getting xrays. She has told me she only wants that one Dental Assistant to do her xrays. unprofessional, double booking, doctors don't interact with patients and doctors always in a rush also no patient confidentiality when going over patient treatment.
Have been coming here for a long time with 3 children. Last trip was horrible. Was there 2 hours just for cleanings. New dentist....my children do not like different dentist in their mouth an neither do I. Not sure if I am coming back for recommended treatment.
My son has braces and receives ortho care . It is so ridiculous that getting an appointment to fit your schedule is never ever available. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. I would give this dentist office 1 star. I have had to take my other two kids to another dentist office because this one is so overbooked. The staff is not helpful at all.
staff here turns over frequently; Thebaut is fine dentist, but the hygenists and orthodontic staff turned over frequently with mixed skills. we quit going there over a year ago. no one seemed up to speed on billing/insurance
Making an appointment is easy enough but be prepared to wait and once you have waited you can only hope THEY know you have an appointment. Do not think that a confirmation call will help that lack of disfuncation and education at the front and back office. They do not care that you have taken time out of your schedule to be where you are suppose to be it's just too bad they are NOT!
