En primer logar, muy lindos y amables. Segued limpios y me gusto que piece estar con mi nino. Receptionists son muy amaables y por ser primera vez me encanto esta ofecina. Los Doctores les doy un 100%.
We were thinking about pursuing another denal office, but decided to give tebo another chance. However, i soon learned that they had ignored my request to change from dr. conn. I requested a doctor change, because during passhur's last procedure, she was convince that he was not hurting...he is 12 and able to verbalized his pain and he did and she kept denying it...stating she was not hurting him and he couldn't be in pain. Too many calls to verify upcoming appointment, even after appointment was verified.
THE STAFFF WAS GREAT BUT THE WAITING TIME WAS HORRIBLE, MY SON HAD A 1 O'CLOCK APPOINTMENT AND WAS NOT SEEN UNTIL ALMOST 4 O'CLOCK. WE ENDED UP LEAVING THE OFFICE UNTIL 6:20PM! BOTH OF MY KIDS AND I HAD NOT ATE OR DRANK ANY THING THE WHOLE DAY...IT WAS JUST A NIGHTMARE!!!...
My son came out of that office more afraid of the dentist then he was when he went in. Also don't stand outside my sons door and talk rudely about him like we are in high school. It was very unprofessional. Time was aweful. Toys were aweful and the customer service/bedside manner was absolutely horrible. The last thing was they continually spell my sons name wrong even after correcting them several times. There is obviously a clerical issue as well. If you advertise kid friendly, then be kid friendly.
Had no wait but some comments made about certain errors made from person to person could have been handled differently. My son is smart and to hear Oh my God...___(some persons name) come look at this. Was unsettling for him and there was nothing wrong other than what the hygienist denoted as something clearly different than the dr saw. Most kids wouldn't have even picked up on it but my son pays CLOSE attention to everything.
I love the staff that actually took care of my daughter but think the girl at the front desk is one of the worst secretaries ive met. She constantly making personal phone calls making me wait on three occassions. I wouldnt recommend asking her anything about your child because she doesnt actually check just tells you something. my daughter was asleep for a while, and i need to go down the street. I gave her my cellphone number and ask her to give it to the nurse because the one she had was incorrect and please call as soon a... read more
