En primer logar, muy lindos y amables. Segued limpios y me gusto que piece estar con mi nino. Receptionists son muy amaables y por ser primera vez me encanto esta ofecina. Los Doctores les doy un 100%.

My children normally love the dentist but now are terrified to go back. The office was chaotic and unorganized. The staff were so so. The cleaning tech that worked on my daughter who is 5yrs old cut her gum with the pick! I drove 2 hours to this office and was extremely disappointed when I left a and my children are totally terrified to go back. Mother of a 4 and 5 year old

It was awful! My son was in pain during the procedure and they didn't do anything about it.

I have very mixed feelings about these guys anymore. You're usually going to spend several hours for a simple cleaning, and they call 18 times (not kidding) the week prior to your appointment to confirm. They even call my emergency contact (my mother in Pennsylvania) to confirm all appointments. It's a bit of over kill. My 13-year-old recently had two fillings, and the doc didn't check to make sure that she was completely numb prior to beginning. Tebo is a great dentistry place to take the kids, however I have a complaint about their appointments' policy.I canceled the appt for both of my kids at the last minute, and the receptionist told me that because it was a last minute cancellation it will be considered "broken appt" which is fine. But then she explained that my kids wont be able to have their appt the same day never because of broken appt is on record?? The nurse Denise did her absolute best with my little one and her sentitive gag reflex. Both she and my daughter work together to get the job done. She showed great patience and consideration for her. The actual dentist who popped in every now ans then seemed cold and unconcern with my child and I did not personally care for his attitude and hope a different dentist cares for her next time.

Your practice seemed to have changed from a family care facility to a cafeteria style service that pushes as many through in a day as possible and putting business ahead of patient care. Very disappointed in the change in service.

As child I had a horrible experience at the dentist all the way up to my young life so far. Always leaving like they were judging me because of my teeth or just getting me in for the money. So i was very skeptical and worried now that I have children who needs dental care. My daughter had broke her tooth trying to open a bottle with her tooth so I had no choice but to take her in.
