We waited 30 minutes and had to go inside to inquire about service. This was after we had to go get extra menus and a drink menu. Our server was pleasant but only came by one other time to check on us without us having to ask for him to come to our table. The Mexican street corn salad was flavorless. The food is good, but the place is old and dirty.
Table was not available so we had to sit at the bar-bathrooms had no toilet paper and garbage cans were overflowing. No clean flatware so they gave us plastic. Service was slow and we had to ask for things several times. Water glasses were sticky.
Mediocre food (SE Asian Salad and pancakes) and the 2 person booth seating is the most uncomfortable seating. The booth’s backs are 90 degree angles and cushion-less, the seats have zero cushion as well. The table sits on a large metal stand which gives one no place to put their feet comfortably. Miserable seating and the host refused to give us a place with more space and comfort. This was my first visit to Ted’s Bulletin and I won’t be going back. Nothing special about the food and the ambiance was uninspiring. The one highlight was our server who was absolutely delightful.
Food was good but there multiple errors in the process of receiving good food. Fortunately they were kind to reflect that on the bill and comps on the desserts. Wasn’t even a big party so not sure how they continued to mess up my parties order.
We got there at noon for lunch and they gave us plastic glasses- they said they were out? Service was bad. Server put our order in wrong, she forgot to bring us items we asked for, and we had to hunt her down to get our check. The food was mediocre. My frise salad was limp, the sauce was lumpy and the egg overcooked.
Appetizer of tots came out ice cold - sent them back and never got replacement order. Son ordered a mixed drink and had to remind server to bring it. Food was average at best and service was below average.
Hostess was very rude and sat us in a weird seat seeming almost spiteful. We showed up to see if we could get seated knowing there would be a wait and intended to sit at the bar for a drink. Hostess had us make a reservation and wait 20 minutes only to seat us at a booth right in front of her work station that had been empty since before our arrival. There were other open places on the restaurant and I would assume that seat is typically empty because it is in such a weird location.
