Our food took over 40 minutes to come out. The tables around us received their food before us which made no sense.
Fries say gluten sensitive but they’re made in a frier that fries breaded foods. I told my waitress I had a gluten allergy and wanted fruit instead and a gluten free bun. The food arrived not gluten free and with fries. Luckily I noticed, but was frustrated that even though I made it extremely clear I had it an allergy that the food came out wrong.
I was really excited to try breakfast here. My husbands food came out cold and my food just was not good. Over priced and not worth it.
Felt rushed by the wait staff, poor quality food and way overpriced drinks.
Honestly, I loved Ted but since they have expended it’s really gone down hill. The manger did handle the situation well and really appreciative of that. My food came out cold like poached eggs felt like ice and bacon was cold. It took 15 minutes to get someone’s attention to even say something. First visit -- had been really looking forward to trying Ted's. On the good side, the outdoor seating was charming. Our server was too -- although overloaded with tables. It didn't feel like there was any management present to watch over things. But the food -- pretty disappointing. Fish & chips was a meager single piece of fish, although tasty. Awful service.
This was my 3 time there and the s2 time the food came out cold. This time had to wait over 15 minutes for a new order of fries.
Horrible service, had to wait 30 minutes for a booked table outside; food below average, overpriced, like in casual cafes but priced like a high end one. Servers slow, late, and don't care particularly when you ask for anything other than as specified in menu... avoid this place!
