Disappointing food and service.
We were rushed to getting to the restaurant, rushed by the manager to get our orders taken, and our plates were taken away from us before we were even finished eating. This has never happened to us here before, very disappointed.
The food wasn’t good at all. The eggs were raw. The overall experience was fine. I love food but I won’t be coming back.
When we arrived to the restaurant, they told us the kitchen was closed. They said they tried to contact us, which was not true, they didn’t call at all. Very bad service
Worst dining experience ever.
Mediterranean chicken sandwich came in a soft bun (not ciabatta, as indicated on the menu). It was immediately soggy and gross, and the sandwich fell apart. I think the right bread would have made a difference
Checking in for a reservation was a nightmare. After being told my table was being wiped off, I was given 2 different updates each saying the table will be ready in 15 mins. After nearly 20-30 minutes after my reservation time, the manager comes up and informed me that he needed be to move to the back to wait because he has other guest waiting. We loved the food on our first visit but this time the whole experience was off. Took an age to get food and all items were cold. Being seated next to the expo, I could see our food be removed from the window and sat to the side, so it was no surprise that it was cold. Once notified, I will say that the manager and staff did everything possible to get our food back out and correct and to try to make up for the failures. Service to correct the issue would be 5. Overall, a lot less.
I dined with a friend who likes a cocktail before dinner,I do not drink.I mention this because my friend likes bourbon and ordered an Avenue Smash while i had a blackberry lemonade.My friend,s drink did not contain any bourbon! Yes we should have said something at the time especially because we were charged $10.00.My friend doesn,t like to complain and she kept trying to decide if it was just a weak drink,I tasted it and thought there was a little alcohol in it.Anyway the food was delicious ,our server very nice.We are both ... read more
