We stop at TB during our trips from NC to NY and back. Great menu and food. Shakes are amazing.
Stopped by for a quick dinner before a show. Service was fast and the food was tasty. There are good early bird specials, but not good options for vegetarians. Bar drinks are excellent as are the house-made poptarts.
The food was great! Just annoyed because they almost lost my credit card.

We always head to Ted's for a delicious breakfast on The Hill, however the wait this season has been longer than usual, even on a weekday, so thought we'd branch out and try Ted's on 14th & Swann, NW. Did not disappoint! The waitress assured us the cheesy grits may even be a little better b/c they put extra love in! They were great--even the northern and western most patrons would convert. I went for lunch after my friend raved about Ted's poptarts and menu...She wasn't wrong - the food, which was plentiful, was great and one of the biggest treats was their poptart, which comes with a choice of fillings. Absolutely yummy! Also ordered their take on a Sno-Ball (remember those pink coconut-covered "cupcakes"); this one was moist and a perfect end to my meal. Will definitely go back again (and again).
